For shipping outside of Alberta and British Columbia we will need to obtain a shipping quote from a few companies to get you the best rate, please contact us for a special shipping rate for other provinces, the US and elsewhere. If you have your own preferred shipper you are welcome to organize your own shipping and have your carrier pick up the products from our warehouse, please contact us for more details and assistance.
All products that need to be shipped will be wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap and boxed in cardboard.
All items included in this sale are in stock, as is condition and will be final sale. Any defects or damage on the product will be clearly photographed on the product page and described in the detailed product description, if you have any questions about the condition of a specific piece please don't hesitate to contact us for more pictures etc.
Some items shown are in stock in our Calgary location and some are in the Edmonton showroom or warehouse, if you would like to come view a piece in person please contact us so we can check on it's exact location before your visit.

Can I reserve an item I want?
All items are in stock only so they will be sold first-come-first-serve, all items will be shown on the website up until they are sold. We will not be putting any items on hold or reserve so don't wait, if you love it go for it!
I don't see my ship-to location listed as an option.
If you are outside of Alberta or British Columbia you will not see a shipping rate listed, so please select pick up when you are purchasing your items. We can ship anywhere but you will just need to get in contact with us after your purchase and let us know which items you have purchased and where you need them shipped to. We will shop around for the best shipping rate to your location and arrange payment for the shipping cost with you.
I changed my mind about my purchase, what can I do?
All warehouse sale items are final sale so we will not be issuing any refunds, if you have changed your mind and you no longer want the item you purchased we can cancel the order and have the amount you paid converted to a store credit on your customer file with us for another purchase.
The item I had my eye on is now sold, what should I do?
If something you love is showing as sold on the website please get in touch with us and we will put you on a wait list in case the original buyer changes their mind and cancels in favor of a store credit. We will contact you if you are next in line and let you know the item is back on the market. If the item is sold for good we will be happy to quote you on an order for a new one as long as it is still available to be ordered from the manufacturer.
